Thanks for your input with the 4000 psi preasure washer with the sandblast attachment. Are you saying the presure washer will remove paint and rust without warping the metal??? I am going to order a nozze attachement and try that inside the bed and the cabs, these trucks i have are old usaf six packs and have the usual sweptline rust in the doors steps beds etc. I have thought about buying aircraft paint stripper as well for the 3 layers of factory, fire service, last owner paint layers to see what happens. What happens when one blasts the axles and rusted frame, does it work good enuff to paint over with black paint or some kind of undercoat?? Thanks
