1951 PW ambulance for sale on ebay

Why is it I have seen what looks to be a very decent 1951 green PW ambulance for sale on ebay and it is not attracting bids. I have seen it a couple of times now. He starts bidding at 6500.00 and nothing, not one bid for a truck that looks very complete and very very clean. What gives with this ad? It doesn't make sense to me.
Just curious considering the price these trucks bring in or is it because it has a van body on the chassis?
