There is usually a slip of paper with the relay that says what the terminals are. A relay for a car usually has four poles: Load in, Load out, control in, and ground. Some units have dual Load out terminals, or else they have an output pole for each switch position, so one of these would be why yours has five terminals. It is kind of important to know which.

You are going to need that slip of paper to do this (unless the diagram is cast into the plastic case), or else take the cover off of the relay and identify the terminals.
