Just wondering if anyone had ever created a 501c3 to cover their collections and or create a private museum ? I am now in the process of trying to save a private museum that was a 501c3, and I am very aware of what goes into the corp or is donated stays in that corp, and when disposed of, the item must go to another non-profit and the proceeds go right back into the corp. What are your experiences ? Tom
