Those are the 1946 WDX, or the WC-53, WC-54 only handles, winders and escutcheons.
As for the cab, if that is a 1/2 ton cab, why are the rockers short, and it has the 3/4 ton floor?
I think the voltmeter is hidden by the steering wheel. Check out the attached image of another cut down Carryall, if you moved the angle of the image the voltmeter would be hidden from view.
Just my thoughts, I am waiting for numbers and info from the seller, I am sure a bit more info will clear this up right away.
