Any 354 Hemi experts out there?

I bought a 57 D700 over the weekend that had a 354 Hemi in it. The engine was in a garage and I was told it was stuck. Well it was beyond stuck it has a broken crank and one broken rod. The front timing cover/motor mount is in pieces too. The cylinders and the rest of the block look fine. Now my question I found a 354 crank from a marine Hemi but I don't know if it's the correct one for my engine. Anyone have a clue or where to go to get an answer? I'm not worried about the rod but will have the block Magnafluxed first. Help please.
