Back in the summer of 2005, my Dad and I went on a camping trip and toured through many junkyards up in Idaho, Montana and Nevada. We stopped at this one junkyard in Montana and they were closing up so we came by the next day searching for parts for 1962 W100 restoration project. The owner took us around the yard and showed us all of the old dodges he had. He had a lot of 2 wheel drive sweptlines. As we were walking back towards the front of the yard, the guy said that he thought he had a few old Power Wagons right up ahead of us. Sure enough there they were: a 1964 W300 flatbed and a 1965 W100 SNB. The trucks had been sitting at least 5 years or more the guy said. He drove the W300 for a while and then just parked it along with many of the other cars and trucks in the yard. My Dad and Grandfather went up that November and picked them up. At the link you can see the W300 after it was restored. The picture is at the California Dodge Power Wagon Rally about a month ago.
