I usually just put parts on Ebay when I sell them. I start them with a $1 price & let the market decide the fair price. I find every time I've sold a part to someone through this forum...they think they're paying too much...they tell you they want something & then 2 months later tell you they don't need it anymore, etc, etc.
I find that buying a truck is the cheap part. Look at my W500 I bought in Wawona, CA for $250....I've paid $1000 for transport so far & it's still 700 miles from me & almost 14K lbs! I'll be into it for over $2500 when it arrives home but the only thing that will be remembered is that Marty bought that truck for $250 & now he wants $3000!
You get the drift. If a good friend is looking for a part...I'll give it to them if I have a spare, otherwise off to Ebay!
