You could try the Ole Candle Trick. Heat the Drum face till its hot enough to melt wax. The touch the candle to the area around the studs and center ring. Keep doing this a few times. DO NOT heat hot enough to change color. Then a few well applied wails might liberate her. The Above worked for me on a few stuck drums.
