OT - Electrical ? on Power Inverters

Got an electrical ? regarding the use of those power inverters that plug into a 12volt battery. Heres the situation.

I have one of those blow up christmas deals that everyone has in their yards that has the little fan that airs them up. Reindeer and Sled with santa in it.

We are having a christmas parade next weekend and I have the bright idea of putting one of these in the back of the old 47 Dodge. Dont really want to have to listen to a genset run and was wondering if a power inverter plugged into a car battery or 2 would have enough juice to keep this thing air'd up for about 3 hours before running out of juice. I could plug it into AC power in the morning and get it air'd up and then have to rely on batterys for about 3 hours. Whats the chances of this working?
