That's what I'm trying. I'm done for today though. I put the glue on, held the edges together, waited a minute, and my fingers were glued to the rubber. By the time I pried my fingers off, I'd pulled half the seam apart. Time to take a break. I think I'll also tie the small end together with some wire, since it has a nice groove in it already. I wish they'd sent me two of the old ones made out of real rubber, though. I like the way the one on the brake pedal works, though. It gets rid of the "bang" when you let the pedal go, and it controls the height of the pedal so you can get a proper pedal travel adjustment. It also explains why that little nib on the side of the pedal arm is there.
