Increasing boost does not increase the Static Ccompression Ratio, by defintion it cannot.

The Static Compression Ratio is the ratio of the volume above the piston at TDC (right) compared to the volume at BDC (left). Atmospheric pressure is not taken into consideration.

Because of lower VE (Volumetric Efficiency) in naturally aspirated enignes the Dynamic Compression Ratio is actually less than in engines with a lower Static Compression Ratio but a greater VE due to forced induction.
