While Leases are often abused by people who want more than they can afford...they are still often less expensive than buying with cash.
I don't know anyone smart with their money that can't make 10% on an investment...so that being said, who would want to tie up $50K when this money is your tool to make more money?
Leases used to be foolish but I assure you...the 90% of rich business people that still lease, are not stupid.
I guarrantee you this...if I had a spare $50K right now, but needed a new car...I'd lease a new car & buy one of the millions of home forclosures you guys are seeing right now. Then I'd sit back for a few years until my investment paid for my new car 4 times over.
