Only 2 options...
1-Find out what the total buyout is & hopefully the car is still worth that amount & you can sell the car privatly...& possibly pay the difference if it's close.
2-Find someone with good credit willing to assume the lease. There's usually a fee for BMW to switch the lease to someone else but it's commonly done.
If she put a downpayment & doesn't expect to get it back...it's usually possible to advertise & find someone that will assume the lease. If she bought it with zero down...doubtfull because if the person has good credit...they can walk into BMW & lease a brand new one for the same payments...why would they want a used one?
Those are unfortunately your only options.
