Hello all. I read this forums once in a while but haven't posted in a long time. I've always wanted my own real FF Power Wagon but never had a good chance to get one. I decided I'd just have to build my own!! Of course, only a small electric one for two daughters.

I thought some here might get a kick out of it. I have a ton of hours into this thing although it looks pretty simple. I designed it all using a 3D CAD program and built it from scratch (square tube metal frame and wood body). It uses a 24V motor / transaxle assembly commonly used for personal mobility scooters, a 24V Curtis controller, and two Optima Deep Cycle tractor batteries. It can carry me (270 lbs) and my two kids at the same time. I think it would pull 4 of those Walmart plastic ride-ons at the same time (it probably weighs 200 lbs with no riders lol).

If anyone has a good idea where I might locate some chrome Power Wagon emblems that are suitably scaled down, that would be great!

Thanks for your time,
Tim
