... they are essentially a criminal enterprise anyway, so it's hardly surprising that other criminals are drawn to their locus. There are so many ways to get scammed using PayPal, and no good reason that I have ever seen to use it. PayPal, in spite of their dulcent blandishments to the contrary, in fact disclaims all responsibility for anything bad that happens, so why would you have anything to do with them? Then you have to worry about this sort of nonsense.
