Norm. From what I understand Canada has imigration problems with the Chineese.They used to do the anchorbaby thing that mexicans do with us.Cubans are sneaking into mexico then coming up to the U.S. and mexicans are trying to do it now claiming to be Cuban.What a mess a bordeless country we have at times.
