I made no reference as to who's idea it was, just the fact that it has to be considered is proof enough that our education system has failed.
When we have citizens too dumb to evaluate the number of lives saved on both sides by the use on the bomb, and citizens who think we blew up our own buildings at the WTC,... it is a sad commentary indeed.
