If you live in a high risk area please keep on your toes. I spoke to an OCFA Capt. today . He told me they'd like all residents to keep an eye out for strange vehicles and people. In the reopened areas Police and Fire patrols will be officially discouraging tourism and sightseeing. I know a lot of folks want a firsthand look at the devastation, but save it for a weekend with low winds and high humidity.
