Oil Prices Approaching $100 bbl.

I heard on the news this morning crude just passed $96.00 a barrel. With heating oil taking up refining to make up for the low reserves we have now ( thanks EXXON!) be prepared for historically high gas prices this winter say $4.00 a gallon or more.
