1969 was the first year for 5 bolt wheels on a W100.

The 1961-68 W100s were only supposed to get the 3000lb Dana 44 front axle, but I have even seen some of them get the optional W200 3500lb Dana 44 front axle. That is the so called Big Knuckle that was standard on the W200 Crew Cabs.

There was not much difference between a W100 and a W200 in those years, though the truck in question is a little more rare with the 383 and winch.
