Olive oil or regular cooking oil works great on hands and the dog. Just lick it up when done (that's what the dog does).
Also works for removing tar from your hands.
Not sure how it would work on new paint.
Maybe you coul use hot oil with Norm's peanut butter for a deep fried PBJ?
