State Farm has 2 types of stated value policies. The first is for a daily driver and yes they will fight you on that amount if you claim it. I know I went through it and that is why an appraisal is so good to have. THe second type is for their "Classic"vehicle policy. It has restrictions on it but not many an they are suppose to pay actual stated value. The second type is the one I have on my trucks.
