YOUR IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE! (Tired of the same old sh*t).

They claimed to have shelled out over $5K, but I only saw $2100.00, and NO, they didn't send any to the body shop. I contacted the state insurance board but still haven't heard anything back, and because of Allstate's BS, my insurance went up. Oh, I have AIG now.

As anyone that does body work knows, once a hood get's a dent, it's almost impossible to fix (depends on the dent). Most cases, the hood NEEDS to be replaced. Mine wasn't, and now, my roof looks like waves in the ocean (where the main part of the tree hit). 8~(

The Gen 1 D is a VERY crashworthy vehicle. Very solid. Daimler couldn't take that away from em. One of, IMHO, the best designed SUV's out there. It's not as top heavy as most. Compare a Gen 1 D with a Chebbie Tahoe, it has a better stance, wider & longer (barely).

FYI, the Dodge Nitro was what the Gen 2 D's were supposed to look like instead of the streched mini van look they got now. Oh well, that's the trend these days, turn your truck into a car. Gotta drop the suspenion so my truck bottoms out when I go to Mickey D's, put them reall cool low profile tires on with 46" rims so I can't make turns to good. Put sumpthin in the bed???? IS YOU CRAZY! HA!
