I am now the proud owner of two M37's. I bought two from a guy who wanted to sell as a package deal.I friend and I went to Arkansas yeaterday with our trailers and hauled them home.
Truck #1: Very nice running 1952, Ex Air Force, Ex VFD truck. Near perfect body with just 3 or 4 small rust areas that will need fixed.Excellent tailgate, and almost new NDT tires. Non winch model with open top. I need to buy a new canvas top for it. This truck also has a hot-water heater/defroster.
Truck #2: Non running currently, 1953 model. Did run a year or so ago and engine is free, and all complete. Almost no rust anywhere. Has a nice metal top over the top bow. Has a winch, but no front bumper.
After I got them unloaded last night, my wife and I took a little spin in truck #1. We had a blast. Really a fun truck to drive.
This M37 project is going to be fun.
