I'm at this stage too. Probably this week or next for actually spot welding the angle strips on.

Power Wagons are not rocket science. The headboard/sides joint has plenty big holes to allow a bit of mis-alignment. I did make my floor boards already, so I can use the edge boards as straight edges to get the angle strips in one plane. But now I'm thinking I may have to somewhat assemble the bed to get the angls strips right in fore/aft location.
