truck engines generally do not have a harmonic balancer. the have just a crank pulley. If it is wobbling loose on the crank shaft I would replace it. If it is tight on the crank shaft, then it is a bent pulley, that is, assuming you have the truck pulley and not a balancer. If you have a balancer it could be deteriorated between the crank hub and pulley where the rubber part is. then rebuilding or replacement is only option.
