Repairing holes in bed sides?

I've searched the archive and it sounds like the best way to repair holes in sheet metal is with a MIG welder and copper backing plate.

Problem is, I don't have a welder and very little experience welding.

Is there any other way to fill or repair these holes other than welding? They're all about 3/8" or smaller.
