There was no confrontation at all today. I simply showed him what was wrong and it was very obvious to him and he accepted everything and offered to repair it. He knows that his shop did not get mentioned and that hurts when your coustomer will not mention your shop let alone recommend it especailly in a TV inverview.
I have been very careful not to bad mouth or even mention the name of his shop and will not mention it until he has had a fair chance to make good on the work.
Let's see if he comes through.
