I don't know much about Power Wagon headliners, never saw an original survivor, at the light location, but if it's a board backed liner, you make a small hole or "X" cut to feed the wires through and mount the dome light to the surface using the existing screw holes in the cab.
My question is this; are you talking about the factory Dome light that mounts to the back of the cab wall, or an additional after market light?
