Arthur:

Sorry to hear of your loss. I am definately NOT a cat person, however, every once in a while ya get to meet a really neat cat. We had Snooky.

I met Snooky when I had returned home from some extensive travel. That low priced economy tour with Uncle Sugar. Nobody forwarned me about Snooky. Poor guy, he came to greet me after I had just gone to sleep.

All of a sudden I felt something jump on me. Back then I was, um, a very reactive person. I flung him across the room & the poor little guy kinda stuck on the wall, which was no easy feat as he was declawed. It was a few months before he came to me again.

He too thought he was a dog. He also did various commands like a dog. Snooky however was an inside, apartment cat. He always wanted to go out, but when he was allowed, he'd just flatten & not move.

He was a BIG guy too, for a cat. 24 lbs. When I got my 1st white Shep, Snooky'd crash with him. I credit Snooky with givin my dog the will to live as he was in very bad shape when I got him. He had been abused & was only given 6 months to live.

He went the same way too, kidney failure. I actually cried. He was a long hair gray tabby. Oh, he'd talk too.

Later
