Does cheaper quality oil give you lower oil pressure reading

When first started,the flathead powered truck idles at 35 p.s.i and then as it warms up,the oil pressure drops until when it is completely warmed up it is at 15 p.s.i. when idling. I had used the cheap Wal Mart oil. I will get some good Mobil oil in the engine . would cheaper quality oil causee this? I checked the oil lines. They are not clogged. The oil pressure gauge is good (new)Thanx
