I made the mold from bondo. But it shrunk- enough to distort things. So I had to do more work to it. Plus, I drilled and counterbored for screws with nuts. My big, dumb, hands didn't want to start screws inside of the buckets. And I didn't think the material would like those fine screw threads. Though the 5/16" coarse threads seem real solid for bolting to the fender.
