loose original bench seat repair or replace?

The bench seat on my truck is all loose and these seats really don't bolt down except in back of the cab. They are nice ,good spring type seats compared to newer all foam seats. I just re-upholstered it a year ago,but if it's all loose may consider replacing it or any ideas,thoughts on securing the original or seats that may fit. Thanx.
