FWIW, there are 2 bolt patterns. There is a 13" sachs clutch used in the 93-prior trucks, it uses a 13" disk. Then you have the 12.4" disk luk clutch used in the 5-speed trucks from 94 and newer, as well as the non-HO 6-speeds (the ones with the 1-1/4" input). It uses the same bolt pattern as the older sachs design, but a smaller disk. Then there is the 13" disk LUK setup used in the HO 6-speeds, it uses a 1-3/8" input.
I have dimensions of bolt holes written down somewhere, If I remember I will get them and put them on here for ya.
