I have basically the same truck, in silver.
The only major thing I have had to do is get the "in the fuel tank" lift pump done by the DOdge dealer. If Norm is right, maybe you can still get it through the recall.
I was starting to notice hesitation, and that was the symptom that the lift pump was failing. I dealt with it before it damaged the injector pump which is expensive.
