Hi John,
I had squeaks from my floor boards originally. I ended up putting putty tape under the tranny cover, and all around the edges of the floor boards. That helped immensely. I have since had the floor boards and the underside of the tranny cover Rhinolinered which also protects against squeaks and acts as a sound insulator as well.
That and cab mounts are a good place to start. Also check that your levers arent rubbing on the sides of their slots.
