Body settled to rub on frame? Or floor rusted away?

There was very little space between the frame and some 'flanges' on the body. I think it's the lips around the floor board opening. My frame has grooves worn in by those flanges. But the body that was on it had the floor so rusted that the body mounts were coming through. So, fresher cab, plus I added some shimming at the mounts. And at the radiator support, to keep the hood aligned.

Now, I get about 3/8" clearance between the body and frame at the flanges, and my tranny doesn't hit the floor boards either.
