Hey Paul, i've had some good luck with "3M Scotch-Weld" in the past with pretty much all types of plastics, but really any 2 part epoxy should be able to stick these pieces back together (you could even try JB Weld, or any of the Putty Epoxy's aswell).
i would definatly try to brace the inside of the light housing some small metal corner brackets for extra strength; just incase you bump into any more tree's in the near wintery months.
