Well, thats almost what happened to me today, fortunately I was able to "Dodge" rather than Ram! I was following a guy in a Ram pickup, we were heading East, near sundown, so the low sun was right on his tail lights. He had a set of those "Pimp my truck" tail light covers with the Ram cutouts that block about 80% of the red lense. With the sun right on them, I almost didnt see his tail lights when he went to make a right turn. Those foolish things should not be legal, or the fault should go to the person who has them in the case of a rear ender.
OK, all done venting, breathing deeeeply...
