4BT Install...Last Forum

I missed your guys responses before Joe refreshed!
The 4BT is slanted...that's how Cummins installs them with the TH400 in the bread vans. They sit at a 15 degree tilt.
Don't ask me why...you got to talk to Cummins. The tilt is in the TH400-Cummins adapter. If you go look at the P30 bread vans that have the GM automatic, they are all tilted.
I'm assuming it's for clearance issues?
& Bruce...I've never installed a 4BT.
Same difference as a 6BT though. Identical everything except shorter.
