Externally, same. WM's will have the later dash (post '50)and depending on year, no cowl lights, safety features (door latches, seat holddowns, seatbelt brackets, dash pad), decals on dash, different knobs, ignition switch location, door handles and armrest. Not to mention floor pans and transmission cover. That is not to say it won't work, but if you want 100% correct you'll want to follow up on these and a few other details.
