It should fit on there just fine.I have a 1960 wm300 that had a REALLY beat up cab and I put the cab from a 1953 C3 on it,and it bolted up just right.Hood fenders,doors,the whole shebang.Just be sure to have a couple of GOOD buddies to help out.The cab is heavy and real awkward!!!!Good luck.
