Would you pay $1000 for a M-37

Would you pay one-thousand dollars for a M-37? It has no rust runs like a top, lights work, needs new tires, and only has 4000 miles on it, 24 volt system, and no winch. The only bad things on it is that the brakes need to be rebiult and a new soft top. This is not for sale I am just wondering if that is a resonable price for one.
