Funny you should ask, I have been researching that very thing and have determined 'no' would have to be the only correct answer. The earliest Dodge I have seen with turns signals as we think of them was a 1938 model, but the first pictures I have seen that look to be factory were in the 40's. The Dodge parts manuals have pictures of their turn signals but many were dealer installed and don't match the manual. There are 'arrow' turn signals used in the 40's through the middle 50's, then there were the glass or plastic full round lens that replaced them. Siganl-Stat made many of the various lights as they also made the mechanism to add on the steering column.

I have identified about four of the various 'arrow' turn signals as well as some of the full lens versions, if anyone is interested they may contact me offline for more info.
