First of all I am not a M601 expert. I don't even know if these are street legal in the USA. How about it listers? Even if it is street legal, I think this truck has two problems.
1. Getting an ex-military M601 across the Mexican border might have the makings of a good movie of the week.
2. Getting a clear title and current registration will involve a very knoledgable and patient DMV person. Good luck finding one of those.
If you are serious about selling this truck in the USA I would suggest bringing it across the border and registering it in ANY USA state. You could probably charge more and attract a greater pool of buyers that are looking for a great truck like yours without an adventure of a life time. If you have no interest in bringing it here maybe you might need to lower the asking price to reflect the work that the buyer will need to do. Have you tried to sell it to a tourist attraction down there? It looks like a natural for small tours to the back country. Best of Luck and I hope it sells soon for you. Just my two cents.
