OK Guys -Guess I owe you an update by now! Work is
progressing on the 1st series beds. Documentation
is taking place, major tooling decisions have been
made, and tool design work has begun. I don't think
I need to tell you that this a BIG job! We've got
about three weeks to go before we wrap up with a
couple of other big jobs, and then the PW bed
project will be in the #1 spot! A number of
concerns have cropped up as we've progressed with
the thinking/tool design aspects of this project.
They are the concerns about handling, tool costs,
handling, and handling! Therefore, we've decided
to go for a more elaborate tooling concept than
we were considering earlier on - a package that
will hopefully prove to be more cost-effective
as time goes on! So, yes, we're working on it!
If any of you out there can tell me how to squeeze
a few more hours into each day,(short of more
sleep deprivation)please let me know!
