As for the axles, as far as I know the first WDX and the last WM300 shared the same basic axles.

Your LU2 is a 1975 date code, that is a pretty late winch!

All the 1957-71 W100-W300 trucks used the PTO on the transfer case to drive a winch in the factory setup. Only the WM300 style Power Wagons used the PTO on the tranny winch drive setups.

Like I said in my other post, you might be better off selling off this truck, and then buying a 61-71 W300 chassis for the Dana 70s, or a 70s W300 for the Dana 60s. The winch PTO needs to be driven off of a NP420, or the dual PTO port NP 435 if you want to use the stock looking winch on a WM300 style Power Wagon, and an upgraded tranny from stock.

There is not much on a 1963 Power Wagon Town Wagon that I would think would work well on a WM300 style Power Wagon.
