Hey everybody. My name is steve and I'm trying to gather some information on powerwagons. I'm looking to get a late forties wagon however I want it to be a daily driver that I can take on the highway. And my first impression of the wagons are that they aren't exactly speed machines. So someone suggested I drop in a newer diesel engine like a cummins 6bt and run some dana 60s. I was wondering if you could tell me about the axles that are in the power wagons stock and how easy it is to regear them for larger tires (probably want to run 38+ inch tires) I need to get this entire transformation done within 6 months starting come christmas time. What would you all suggest I look into doing?
