I believe you need to adjust your brakes (all 4 wheels) to the dodge procedure.
Go to the top of the forum and click on;
Parts Interchange File, then scroll down to
'Brake Shoe Adjust / System Bleeding' Follow that procedure and I bet you will be good to go.
